used it for a while but something recently made it too slow to use. websites take around 10 seconds to load, when on fennec they open up almost instantly...

Same for me. Recently changed phones and used Ironfox initially. But with issues like you described I had to change to at least Fennec. I've had loading issues and theming issues with Waterfox; same with Ironfox when I think about it.
