WiFi Feature - Aruba AP Power Adjustment

Hi Collective,
We have an enterprise Aruba wireless network and have for years. I'm looking for the name of a feature (not sure if it is Aruba specific or is in the 802.11x specs) which manages the power levels of APs based on other APs around it.
Does anyone know what this feature is/was called?

I think you might be talking about Adaptive Radio Management.
