Music videos! Bingeing some of the live sessions posted by artists is a healthier time sink than most everything else on YouTube.

When I was with my ex, after he fucked me over. He chased me irl in his car and was screaming out his car to me while I was riding my Bike. I was petrified and was crying the whole time running away. But now I get it. People who love go great measures to get u back. Thats how I feel now. Look, that's an incredibly unhealthy thing to take from that interaction. People with real love in their hearts are willing to let go of who they love if it means better things for that person. They love them enough to want the best for them, even if means losing them. They don't follow screaming and crying demanding that the other give up a better future for them. I've done all I can, and I think most others have, too. If you don't actually want to listen to the advice given by many people who have taken time out of their days to try to encourage you into healthy relationship habits, that's your choice. Because in this thread and the last, all I've seen is healthy advice given and healthy advice ignored. Maybe that's just because you're young and haven't learned enough to understand that it is indeed healthy advice, but it is. Beating yourself up for your past and treating yourself like you don't have worth due to it is a choice, and it's an unhealthy one. I really do hope things get better for you. Doing this to yourself won't make it better, it will just make your depression and mental health worse. Freeing yourself from the chains of treating yourself like you are a bad person is the healthy choice and will improve your mental health. It's okay if you're not prepared to go down that path, but it's also okay if people want to stop giving you advice because you can't or won't listen.

Yes! Exactly the same. I can only hear it when laying down, mostly at night only when trying to sleep. If I sit or stand up I can't hear it anymore. Not every night but I sure hear it often. It does make sleeping harder.

I have a similar gripe with Brilliant. “Do your exercises now in order to keep your streak and to defend your place in this stupid league that means nothing”. And you get notifications of this every few hours in both your phone’s notifications as well as in your email. Stop bothering me! I once did a streak based walking routine, it became so stressful that walking stopped being fun and became a chore to check off. At 1000 times I forced myself to quit that app.

Plenty of people get joy or even sexual pleasure from watching others suffer or die. Its not common, but even one person who acts on this can cause huge amounts of harm to dozens or hundreds of others. A lot of the most fucked up crimes are the result of this sort of thing. Unfortunately, these are also exactly the sort of people badly regulated police and military also select for (IE police in the US, the military in most developing nations)

I'm going to heavily disagree. Community is the only thing we have now. it's the giant mesh of friends and connections that is stronger than any single node. But you only get out of it what you put into it. I'm currently a week away from leaving the US, and the loss of my community is one of the biggest things I've been mourning. That said, my community has also been absolutely instrumental in helping me through this. Edit: I missed the typo in OP's

It was wild for a while, then scaled back and not it's re-emerging with a vengance. It's really annoying, and it's spreading to social media. It was getting crazy on reddit, where people have gone back to literally ending titles with "And then this happened"(actually using the word "this" instead of a real descriptor).

Timeline of modern examples of Russian "hybrid warfare" 2007 – Estonia Cyberattacks After Estonia removed a Soviet war memorial, it was hit by massive cyberattacks targeting government, banks, and media. One of the first clear cases of state-linked cyberwarfare combined with information warfare. 2008 – Russo-Georgian War Russia used cyberattacks, propaganda, separatist movements in South Ossetia and Abkhazia, and limited military force. Information manipulation portrayed Georgia as the aggressor. 2014 – Crimea and Eastern Ukraine Crimea annexation: Russian "little green men" seized key points while propaganda campaigns confused the population and international observers. Donbas War: Russia armed and supported separatists while denying direct involvement, using cyberwarfare and disinformation heavily. 2015 – Syrian Conflict Russia intervened in Syria, blending military force, private military companies (e.g., Wagner Group), propaganda, and diplomatic manipulation. Russia portrayed itself as fighting "terrorism" while targeting opposition forces. 2016 – U.S. Presidential Election Interference Russian intelligence agencies (GRU, FSB) engaged in cyberattacks, hacked emails, social media manipulation, and disinformation campaigns. This was a major hybrid campaign aiming to sow distrust and division. 2017 – NotPetya Cyberattack Originating from Russia and targeting Ukraine, the NotPetya malware spread globally, crippling companies and infrastructure. Disguised as ransomware but actually destructive sabotage. 2018 – Skripal Poisoning in the UK Russian operatives used a banned nerve agent in an assassination attempt. Propaganda and diplomatic misinformation campaigns followed to confuse attribution. Blending covert action, deniability, and information distortion. 2020 – Belarus Protests Russia supported Belarusian regime of Lukashenko against widespread protests. Information campaigns, security force support, and diplomatic pressure were combined. 2022 – Full-scale Invasion of Ukraine Initially framed as a "special military operation" to "de-Nazify" Ukraine. Involved military invasion, cyberattacks, disinformation campaigns, economic blackmail (like gas supply threats), and the use of mercenary groups. Continued narrative warfare domestically and internationally. 2022–2025 – Global Disinformation and Influence Campaigns Russia expanded its hybrid toolkit: Artificial amplification of anti-Western narratives globally. Building alliances with other disinformation actors (e.g., Iran, China). Using energy markets, food supply disruptions, and cyberattacks as pressure points. Strengthening alternative media ecosystems (like RT, Sputnik, Telegram channels) to bypass bans in Europe and elsewhere. Emergence of AI-driven propaganda (deepfakes, AI-generated fake news).

From your description it sounds like they haven't complied with a legally binding ombudsman decision. The ombudsman is the last stop before legal action, you should get in touch with a real solicitor rather than ask for anonymous advice online. An N322A form might be what you need to enforce the decision, but if I were you I'd check with Citizens Advice or a lawyer first.

And the left is often paralyzed by the "complexity" of a solution and offers little no refuge for those in need Always, because they're not stupid, if they were, they'd be Conservatives ... and the answer to complex problems are not simple. That can't change. Alas, with Tate etal, It's only because of their stupidity that they're able to be so sure of themselves.” - Franz Kafka "I did not mean that Conservatives are generally stupid; I meant, that stupid persons are generally Conservative. . - John Stuart Mill

Conscious people do it as their personal preference. They might cover their mouth while being inside the house but at outside, office, workplace or any public place, they( almost all of them) cover their mouth. I do it too. To me, the sound of yawning is more important factor to consider. Some people make earth-shattering sound while yawning. It makes me so angry and bored that I get the urge to unalive them on the spot.
