It was only around for 4 years, and they peaked at 250k subscribers (against 19m segas sold in the US) so it remained pretty niche. I've similarly never met anyone else who had it and remembers it outside of my family.

I think both Great Pyrenees and Kangal Shepherds are used already to defend livestock against wolves (and other predators).

The guy on the donkey is Silenus, Bacchus is wrapped in the red shawl at the bottom right holding on to a thyrsus (a staff cover in ivy) and wearing a wreath on his head.

Netanyahu is under extreme pressure from the right and left. Trump is currently trying to pass a budget full of tremendously unpopular stuff and cuts to Medicaid that will affect his base

There's a lot of passages about getting rid of corrupt authority; my favorite of which is definitely a story about Ehud in Judges. It has interesting specific details and is kinda comical in a dark way. Basically, a corrupt leader gains rule over Israel, and a left-handed assassin takes up to killing him. He sneaks a dagger into the corrupt king's chamber, stabs him in the bathroom, and the king is so fat that the dagger basically gets stuck in the king. No one finds the body immediately because the servants are like "Oh he must be taking a deuce." The verses are Judges 3:12-30 for anyone curious (edit: typos)

The February 1 General Strike (二・一ゼネスト, Ni-ichi zenesuto) was a general strike planned by Japanese labor unions for February 1, 1947, with the goal of fighting for the implementation of the ten demands proposed in last December, including the abolition of the income tax. The strike was eventually stopped by order of SCAP.
