Is it possible to make pinned topics always remain at the top?

Hm... is that not the case? This should be the default behaviour when a topic is pinned.
Unless you specifically meant pinned post? What is a pinned post :think:

When you pin a topic it stays at the top of the category here https://sudonix.org/category/28/discussion.
On the recent page, if you use the url /recent?pinned=1 then it will display pinned topics first but only if they were already in the recent list. So pinned topics that weren't replied to recently won't show up.
There is no option to pin a topic to /recent permanently right now.
