Spending too much time on English-language social media, this sounds way too familiar:
Imagine if your local church group collaborated with the FBI to beat and torture anyone they didn’t like—and called it patriotism.
Just another proof of where the USA are really, ultimately, heading. And there seem to be people everywhere else doing the same.
Sorry for bringing the US into it straight away. The article makes an important point. It was never news to me, and the whole denazification rhetoric was transparent to me from the start, but I'm sure many need to hear this.
PS: after reading the article I'm sure the RC is astroturfed by the Kremlin
