        Me (interviewing recently): Could I see an example design doc or some code before we discuss your offer?
        Hiring manager: We don't do designs, just launch and iterate. And here's some code, it's all fully self documenting.

          This makes sense. I hadn't considered it. I lived in a place where the position of the sun caused it to be super hot indoors late in the day. Cheers.
