No offense, but I think Moscow Times has better access to secret (true) data, the fact that the published result is not trustworthy doesn't mean russia doesn't have a real number. They (the russians I mean) are known for having obsessive amounts of information about all kinds of things.

Puerto Rico inequality is insane, with outside US investors owning pretty much everything, the local government is pretty much out of money and the federal government does not care at all, besides taking out even more money. So young people leave the island and those stay are too poor to have children.
