... they deliver food in old city centres like this al the same, they just use bikes or mopeds.
Also non-car food delivery is better, especially during rush hours.

The title is garbage, but ADHD folk can have a lot of problems preparing food, even ordering food.
Having an option if all else fails is a lifesaver (getting regular-ish nutrition & not starving for a couple of days at a time - not a short term issue, but the psychological effects can compound over time ... this is also the segue/mechanic why so many adhd ppl develop persistent depression).
Edit: to clarity - with delivery I just meant

I hate third-party delivery services, those are just exploiting workers & act monopolistic when it comes to fees they change to the restaurants.
I go get my own food, but it still happens that I can't leave my apparent sometimes so I assumed this does help some people.

Other delivery options help or like pre-ordering pickup on apps have saved my life, but there was a span where I was living on delivery because I couldn’t shop..still kind of can’t figure out what my ‘easy’ foods can be that are also not gonna make my heart hurt.

Honest advice: find something you can do with canned beans and something you can do with boxed pasta.
My easy meals are bean tacos and "fuck it pasta" (uses jarred sauce). They're easy, fine for me, and taste good enough

It also happens in Europe outside of the cities due to longer distances for food delivery
