I sometimes feel like I'm the only one who coffee doesn't do this to. I've also never had an issue with taco bell, so the two might be related.

I have absolutely never had this issue with Taco Bell, but I do with coffee. And the unfortunate thing is that I love the taste of coffee and have it daily. But my colon hates it :(. And no, it's not a dairy issue or even a caffeine issue...happens with black coffee, decaf, non dairy creamer, etc.

But yeah I could have mounds of Taco Bell with no issues lol. Too bad I don't have that every day instead.

I feel like the only people who have issues with coffee and taco bell are people with bad diets to begin with, e.g. so bad that the soluble fiber in Coffee is like 100% of their dietary intake

I hate getting old, I feel the urge to go minutes after getting up now, like clockwork.

I dunno, that kind of regularity sounds admirable.

The prophecy is real? The one who's colon that neither coffee nor the tacos of bell can touch?

Same here. Whether I start the day with a strong mug of coffee, six litres of olive oil, two cartons on concentrated prune juice, or just a simple handful of laxatives pills, the result is always the same.

I don't consider it an issue that coffee helps me poop

1 milligram of dietary fiber and the diuretic effect, and that's the only way they can poo

I don't have that time in the morning, every minute I can sleep counts.
