      Actually if you shave your eyebrows you can have a negative eyebrow where it looks different because there is no tan.

          I think it's because this is the raw sprite and CPS1 games had a wider-than-4:3 ratio in raw pixels, but were designed to be narrowed down by a 4:3 monitor.

              It means it'll look a bit stretched compared to seeing it in the original arcade, or corrected to a 4:3 aspect ratio.

                What I meant by Mercator projection is that it looks more stretched and large at the top than near the center of the image. 🙂 I don't think that would be fixed by some kind of pixel dimension ratio. Unless the pixels are shaped like isosceles trapezoid or something. 😅
