That's called a night owl, dipshit.

I like how it's mouth looks small because of the beak, but when it opens it up, it looks like a muppet, or Canadian from South Park.

If you're reading this and think "that's me", you might wanna look up DSPD and/or Non24 (N24). That might also be you then.

For me it's when I lay down I become active and want to do all the things, but when I get up I become sleepy again. It's awful.

- set a sleep time and stick to it
- no computers, TV or phones in the bed room
- start to exercise. Start with taking a walk and work your way up from there, if you can
- start to de-caffeinate. Take this one slowly, cut back a bit at a time
- 1 hour before bed time, stop playing games or doom scrolling your phone. Read a book or listen to music
You will go completely insane for a while, but it will help you sleep.

This guy pops up everywhere online with screenshots of his silly tweets, and every time I think it's Edward Snowden.
It takes me to the end of tweet to realise that's a crazy post for him, and go back and read his name properly.

These arent bad tips, but I think #2 is unrealistic for a lot of people. For instance, I live in a small studio apartment. Theres no keeping my electronics out of my bedroom.
