Um, ackshually the blue tyres are the wet tyres in F1 and the green ones are the intermediate tyres. But honestly they never really use the blue ones since in the conditions where they would be necessary they almost always stop the race for safety reasons.

And yeah, they never use past intermediate, at least never seen them. So they pretty much are the wet tyres.
