How many countries does 3G work in?
Most countries outside of US. Europe and Canada might also be dropping 3G services, but any "developing" country is going to still have it active.

Europe is very slowly starting to drop 3G. If I recall correctly, here
in Poland, my ISP will be dropping their 3G networks this year. -
