I use 5 different browsers including brave, each have their strengths.
All the technical points mentioned there are not really relevant to me, because I turned off that other stuff.
Would I trust it with my really sensitive data? No. Do I have respect for the people behind the browser? Some of them are ok, some not. Honestly, using American tech it’s hard to swing a cat around in a room and not hit a nazi
But when it’s better than the Firefox forks or Chrome, I see no reason not to use it for those use cases. It does its job well.

Although, I use a lot of apps using their own f-droid repo, like Molly, Futo apps, Ungoogled Chromium etc., but in Brave's case, I will use it only when it will be available on the official F-Droid repo.
I don't trust Brave.

I personally boycott based on toxic organizations. Most organizations have toxic people. But some people really hate this guy, because he is a troll
