My ringtone is a station jingle from Tokyo's Yamanote line. Rarely hear it though, as my phone is usually on silent.

No ringtone, just vibration on my smart watch. Didn't have my phone out of silent since the late 2010's.

Some pre-installed one for regular calls and a recording of me and my daughter imitating the "Bbbrrrrrriiiing! Telephone!" muppets from Sesame street for her and my wife.

For ringtones and alarms I have the defaults for any device.

I have mine set to one of the tracks from Simcity 2000. I was a bit curious to see if anyone would recognise it but nobody has so far (though some people have said it sounded familiar).
Most calls I get however are through my work phone and that just stays on silent to the point I can't even think of what the ringtone actually sounds like.

Silent.
All default sounds are set to silent, then I selectively set tones for apps/contacts.
This ensures I only get sound for specific things.
