Don't have any particular pains, at least not getting up and down, but I've been making old man noises since I was about 40. Weird.

Making old man noises is great. It's a dopamine hit once you're past 40, even if you're in great shape. I make them all the time but am in better shape now past 40 than I was in my 20s. Farm strong.
