Why was there a pro-Hitler, Holocaust-denying ad on X?
-
What's up with the username (Nixon Groyper) ? I understand Groyper, but Nixon was a pretty okay president up until Watergate and very much not a Nazi.
I think it would've been funnier if the first name was Brandon, Andrew (Andrew Jackson and the trail of tears), or Franklin (FDR and Japanese Internment).
Maybe it's a serious ad though, but in that case, why pick Nixon?
Do you understand Groyper, though?
-
Because look who's running it, that's why.
He has Nazi sympathizers in his family going back to WWII. He grew up in apartheid South Africa. Dude is scary.
-
He doesn't deny the holocaust. He sees it as a good idea.
It's quite common for nazis to do both. "The death count is inflated, but they deserved it anyway/I wish it were more" and such.

Because musk himself posted those ads, obviously.
What is the point of that article? Let's associate everything negative on Twitter with musk personally because we dont like him?
Funny, I expected to find "Technology" posts here, not political activism.

Meta? Zuck has been extremely supportive of the nazis in power so far
Haha, last time, when Facebook was "fact checking" and "fighting disinformation" the Zucc was a hero, now he suddenly supports nazis.

- spend millions to create laws to protect a genocidal entity working towards ethnic cleansing Palestinians from their lands.
- why Twitter have a Nazi and?
What do you expect from people who worked hard to support Zionist Nazi in their mission in genociding the Palestinians since WWII with historical knowing ties to Hitler, and allowing them to bluntly own all branches of government? It was evident at least since the attempt of ethnically cleansing Gaza that the US government and many fascist allies in Europe have no issue with white supremacy. They been actively and proudly stating their goals, but the American people got played with fake democracy until it reaches this moment.
"Zionist nazis" is the most ridiculous thing I read this month. People like you really lost contact with the reality

Do you understand Groyper, though?
Well, I understand what it means, I don't understand the people who align themselves with it.

Yes definitely lost touch with reality.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haavara_AgreementThe Haavara Agreement (Hebrew: הֶסְכֵּם הַעֲבָרָה, romanized: heskem haavara, lit. 'transfer agreement') was an agreement between Nazi Germany and Zionist organizations signed on 25 August 1933. The agreement was finalized after three months of talks by the Zionist Federation of Germany, the Anglo-Palestine Bank (under the directive of the Jewish Agency) and the economic authorities of Nazi Germany. It was a major factor in making possible the migration of approximately 60,000 German Jews to Palestine between 1933 and 1939.[1]

Where else would one publish such an ad?

Yeah why would Zucc do that?

Musk wasnt even elected

Your example is bad faith, but I assume you know that already. If it isn't, then I really don't know if I can explain to someone that lacks mental acuity about over 50 years of case law on the subject. There is even more case law on libel & slander, but it sounds like reading isn't your forte. However, if you're capable of reading then I suggest you do so. But go on & pretend to be ignorant, or maybe you really are & if so then come back after you've actually read & studied the decisions by the courts and we can discuss what you think they got wrong.
No, I definitely cannot read. Can write, but can't really read, sorry. My lack of mental acuity doesn't help. Libel and slander? Oh my, I wonder what those words mean. Are they, perhaps, social constructs that exist to prevent the consequences of harmful communication? Like... Regulation of speech?? Like... laws? Wait, but isn't speech supposed to be free??? Why are they taking away our rights like this???

If you think technology isnt analogous with socio-political development then you have definitely missed a huge point in the tech-sphere.
Technology is not your friend. It will consume you, destroy you, and ultimately replace you. Not in a philosophical way, but rather literal sadly.
It's not a new thought, decades old.
If you do not want to be aware, please close your eyes. Life will eventually force them awake.

I'm sorry, who said Meta was ever the good guy, let alone its shitstain of a CEO? Implementing too-little-too-late consolation fact-checking for a little bit doesn't excuse waving the flag as THE vanguard of misinformation-as-internet-discourse in mainstream social media.
