Putin’s limousine ablaze after mysterious explosion in Moscow

Of course, considering he's a paranoid former KGB agent who won't even sit at a normal table with his closest advisors, it would not exactly be trivial to drop him.
Eh. Regardless of how careful he it, he's still just a man. If it's a coup from within the security he has means nothing, and they will also know where he is at a given time.

There’s a high chance that the car is just shit… would be nice if it was an actual assassination attempt but honestly who knows.
It's an Aurus, a Russian luxury brand. Knowing Russian automotive engineering, I'm sure the only part that works properly is the engine, which was developed with help from Porsche.

Damn you'd be banned on Reddit for saying that!

I'm amazed no one has pointed out the possibility that this was staged by Putin himself as a prerequisite to enforce greater surveillance, military and police presence, claim opposition and Ukraine to be terrorists, and so on. This is, besides a malfunction, much more likely than a failed assassination attempt that went this badly, doesn't have a suspect, and got reported on.

Blowing up Putin would be nice but it’s not a guarantee the war would end. It would lead to a power struggle in the Kremlin, no doubt, but there are loads of hawks in that regime and many are much more extreme than even Putin.
Of course, a more extreme war hawk might end up benefitting Ukraine by hastening the collapse of Russia. Or it might lead to nuclear war. It’s really hard to predict exactly what will happen.
This sounds like classic Democrat excuse for inaction.

We can rule out a Ukrainian assassination attempt. They have a pretty good track record of success.

Honestly, I don't care how dude. As long as they are removed from society ASAP.

Those Ukrainian Democrats are known for inaction actually
-
Only if I'd wish if Musk would be in it right? Since it's a limo, it would have been great if Putin, Trump, Vance and Musk would be in it.
-
Ew what is that

Non-existence has that tendency

I thought the same when the funny hot dog man turned war-criminal marched a surprising distance into Russia.
Nothing ever happens.
It was r/NonCredibleDefense’s finest hour. A golden age. The promised Thunder Run to Moscow

That's the Mantra of a liberal I've ever heard one

Remember what happened to Indira Ghandi.

You'd get thrown out of a window in Russia for saying that
No one has been thrown out a window in Russia, what a baseless accusation about very tragic suicides. Now please, shoot yourself in the back of the head three times and then zip yourself into a duffel bag.
