I thought they meant HTTP calls or something and it was like a proxy, but it seems to intercept normal phone calls and use Signal, Telegram, Matrix, and Whatsapp to make the call instead. It's a cool concept considering how insecure normal phone calls are.

Okay so if I place a cellular call to someone who also uses apps like Signal, Whatsapp, Threema, etc. it will redirect the outgoing call through the app instead?
