I min bygning har vi. Hver morgen går jeg til kanten af afgrunden og smider små ting i som f.eks. bildele, flasker og bestik. Eller hvad jeg nu finder. Det er blevet en vane, en måde at starte dagen på. Jeg gør alt det her før du vågner. Så jeg kan føle mig glad.
Nej, seriøst. Vi har en (eller tre). Der er en grundvandspumpe i den. Ellers ville kælderen blive oversvømmet. Oftere end den gør.

In a metroidvania platformer, that's where you can find an health or weapon capacity upgrade. In a modern open-world FPS, that's where you can acquire the sawn-off shotgun early on.

Unless you're in Cyberpunk 2077 - then you'll only get fans complaining that you used the wrong type of manhole covers in your game...
