Edit: jesus I didnt see your comment below the pic till after I commented and now im flat out asking you: homie, if the limit of your electrical knowledge ends at fuses, then please please get a hold of someone who knows how to do residential wiring TO CODE. For the sake of every one who will ever live in that house after you. You are only going to cost yourself more money when you eventually need to call the electrician.

This guy might be being kind of a dick right now, but he’s right, you clearly have no business trying to DIY residential wiring. Step away from the panel and get a professional involved. Make sure you have a couple grand set aside, because getting started probably won’t be cheap, but usually a quick estimate is on the house.
