If You Have Choice then Which part would you choose to be born in?
-
You can choose which part you want, however where exactly is random based on the birth rate (if a region has a higher birth rate it is more likely that you are born there). What part would you choose and why?
B, land of tacos
-
B or K are the best bets. But Mexico or central America could get ugly real quick.
i'd take mexico over statesia. the tacos are better

So is G like, a random boat?
-
If I go F, what's the probability of being born in R'Lyeh?
Probably higher birthrate than the Antarctic
-
What the fuck is with this gerrymandered map?
It’s either good or bad. You can choose the rough area, but that area covers good and bad places. Like that American rectangle: are you in a Canadian village in the middle of nowhere, central USA or the Mexico City slums?

K is honestly the only truly safe option.

B.
And assuming I remember what it was like before I will then better make my ass move back to Germany. -

"I" would include antartica and subantartic islands?

K seems like the "safest" option.
wrote last edited by [email protected]tasmania probably, anything on the coast but not in the middle because of the outback, the north is mostly rainforests.

So is G like, a random boat?
Born on a cruise ship to degenerate swinger parents.

If you don't choose K, it's your loss

Only non terror option

Nah that's like a bunch of Philippines in there too. The islands near the top of Australia
-
G so I could be birthed by rich parents on a cruise
Either that or a tribal island

Probably:
K>B>H>E>G. They all have decently developed countries whilst ensuring that you don't end up born in a developing country.
For the big slices, F should be best (guaranteed to avoid the worst outcomes).

Well considering my political proclivities E is a pretty solid choice. Just praying I don't get myanmar or Cambodia

sorry, your application to join the ccp has been declined.

I was born in C, not recommended.
(People's Republic of China)
Restrictive firewall, no porn, hard to get western media, so you'd be stuck with ww2 sino-japanese war tv drama or some cringe romance stuff.
With a population of 1.4 Billion (well, minus the area covered by "E"), you'd most likely end up there.
Did I even mention video games? Yea... that's gonna be tough to get, definitely no online multiplayers (even if you somehow got a VPN, the ping is gonna kill you).
And your VPN could fail at any time even if you do get it.
Also, OP didn't specify you get to choose your gender, so if you're born as a woman in Japan... good luck. (Don't ask why camera shutter sounds are mandatory on Japanese Phones)
i know someone in china online in a virtual democracy.

Why don't you go for a walk in almost any developing country and calm down.
wrote last edited by [email protected]I am calm down. See, when I go for a walk, I know I'm safe. Proper walking infrastructure, safe roads so no risk being hit by cars (yes we have cars, not mega trucks). No one has a gun, so that's nice. I can safely walk the streets any time of the day, everywhere I go. If something were to happen to me, there's proper healthcare covered by insurance and a free ambulance ride with a max 10min waiting time, everywhere in the country. We have affordable medicine. There's a working democracy where I live and even though it could be better, a working social system. They are working to decrease the amount of cars in my city and increase greenery so the air is clean. And next to that, our drinking water is the highest rated drinking water out there, even better than bottled water. So are our roads, highest rated in the world. There's public transportation everywhere (still could be cheaper imo) so I sold my car because it became obsolete. I have an e-bike because cycling infrastructure is also everywhere. But don't worry, we still complain about stuff. Like, houses are expensive. While in the US they give children backpacks with bullet proof vests, we force companies to change all ports to USB C. We fight for phones to get replaceable batteries back, in the US they struggle to deal with a company who mass murders tens of thousands each year by making them all addicted to opiods, which still continues to this day.
I've seen developing countries in a better state than the US. Don't forget, the most in the US are born into poverty and have little to no chance to get out of it. The only chance they have is getting killed, end up in jail, die by overdose or make a minimum wage while living in their car until they get sick.
And remember, I've seen many countries on nearly all continents. Many are worse, but also many are better. Much better.
