Which bottle looks better?

It's meant to be a reusable bottle for pretty much anything. There are no plastics involved. I will be using it for a shower gel initially.

I need some help in choosing which bottle looks better. The left has the pattern (heat) printed, while the right one is laser etched. Any feedback is very much welcomed!
Design, in my mind, depends on context. Given the light colored wallpaper behind I think the left looks better here, but may be out of place in a different setting.

The bottles are meant to stay in a bathroom (the photo is taken in a shower niche).

I have both. They're a sort of prototype for something I am currently developing. I just couldn't decide which looks better and, as always, the people here are very helpful, for which I am very grateful.

it depends too much on context. Depending on the bathroom, it will be either.
The right will fit nice into more designs, but as is, I like the left better.

One thing you can do is apply a wash (basically diluted paint) over the laser etched sections, and wipe away the excess. This will allow you to color the etched sections that might look better then the printed version.

Are you asking us because you don't know which one you like more? A trick that might work is throwing a coin and then seeing if you're disappointed with the result. (I'm not joking!)

OP should try this on the right one and report back. I didnt even see the pattern there until they pointed it out, but think the left one is too visible. If they could find a happy medium between the two, I'd pick that one.

At least on a dark glass like this one, on a clear bottle I might like it better with the etching.

They both look like poison dispensers. I like the non print one better, though.

I like the second one better. The white is a little too much for a dark bottle.

The right one. Since you have a patterned wallpaper in the background the etched bottle provides a spot of reletively low detail for the eyes to rest on. The printed bottle against the wallpaper has too much going on for my taste.
But itcould really shine in a more minimalistic or cleanly decorated environment and become an interesting piece to look at

My wife says the etched flowers, with the white "B" at the top.
