If you are knowledgeable about something like clothing, fine crystal, tools, trading cards, and have a couple hundred bucks in seed money, you can use your expertise to buy undervalued items at garage sales, estate sales, and thrift stores and resell at market price. You do need the knowledge though because there's a lot of worthless junk to sift through. It's not truly passive, but if you stop when you see garage sales, you will find good flippable items every now and then.
