Overload.
Like shit, my favorite game ever is Descent and Descent II.
Descent 3 is nice as well, but not exactly the best in the series.
Overload is the spiritual successor to Descent, and I have a copy actually, but as amazing as the graphics are, it only plays around 3 frames per second on my current laptop

It's a fun one. The time limit feels oppressive at first, but once you get a few tools under your belt and a sense of what to prioritize, it's pretty straightforward.
It helps to keep in mind that you don't need to do as much as you can within a single cycle, you can do just a little bit and then start back over at day 1. You do enough to get a new tool or mask, and then those usually let you do something new or do something more easily the next time you go back in time.
Not sure which version you bought, but the 3DS version is a bit more user friendly because the song that lets you skip forward in time allows you to go to any specific time in that version, while the N64 version only goes to 6AM or 6PM.
I have the N64 version, as well as the switch.
Think I'll probably play it on switch just to have wireless controller.

I watch plenty of game stuff online, but there is no way I'm spoiling a game I've waited 20 years to play.
I'll never get the chance to play an OG Zelda for the first time again.

They changed the design for some of the bosses in a way that just feels out of place, thematically. Tyranny. It is the thing that has been in my steam backlog unplayed for the longest because I have simply not yet felt ready to consistently commit the mental effort to the idea of "you are an enforcer for a horrible evil empire that has already won"
OP, I have not watched a playthrough because it is an RPG, making decisions myself is a huge part of the appeal. I want to get invested in my version of the character and how they think. If I wanted a story guided by someone else I could just pick a film to watch

Morrowind. So many people say it's the best Elder Scrolls game, I even own it, but I think the older graphics plus my lack of free time keep me from committing.

Agreed, though for me I think the one thing I didn't like about the 3DS version was the change made to Zora swimming. They reduced the base swim speed and made it so that you have to burn through magic to swim at the same speed as N64 Zora.

It looks like an amazing FPS that has been extended in every direction, and can import maps from most other classic FPS.
I tried to install it 10 years ago, but got into dependency-hell. Should give it another crack.

Before this BOTW, now TOTK, reason is i don't have a switch and emulator doesn't run well on my machine.
As for why i haven't watch playthrough of it, i like having fun myself and i don't like watching people having fun, it's like spectator sport and i don't like those.

It's free (and legal!) real-estate.
I have watched playthroughs as a substitute before, and honestly I don't feel like I'm missing out for most games as they are linear (or close enough to it). Add in common annoyances I have (things like inventory management, hunger, backtracking etc), and I will likely enjoy the playthrough more (with talking/video themes especially). In fact, there are a few games I tried after LPs and that still held true.
Then again I also have no problem watching an LP of a game I've already played, and I may even see something new (or forgotten).
