TL;DW: First part is about a conspiracy theory of him being framed for serial child rape to smear Trump, as he was his best friend. The second part is about how he was a great conservative men, who still was a human, thus if he made some little mistakes, it wouldn't be as bad as if evil liberal men (illustrations include a dude who looks like fat Vaush, one who looks like Hasanabi, and a few liberal rich men found guilty on trial and did not "leave the left") did that, and we should just forgive them.
