Before I was born, my vision was a pov of a star from a universe, is it true that each spirit came from a star every time it blows up?

No, it isn't true.

Spirit? No.
BUT, it is true that every element within every molecule of your body did come from stars, and that all the elements heavier than hydrogen were created within either a star, or in a supernova.
So it is absolutely true that you are stardust, just not in the way you asked.

Well that depends: will it get you to buy starchild merch? If yes then there's probably a religion for it

Science is really the only objective system of truth. The origin of consciousness is at present beyond scientific understanding or any pathway towards understanding.
Unfortunately, that means that your question is unanswerable. There is no objectively true answer to this question. Any possible response would be speculation or belief.

Depends, what element is 'spirit' and where is it on the periodic table? That will tell you if it came from a star exploding, or if it was just ejected by the star exploding.

Spirit is an abstract concept rather than an actual thing. It's essentially the gap between what we can measure about a person and what we perceive of them. Is the ineffable sense of a person's being that can't be traced to a chemical or electrical process of the brain.
It's largely made up of massively incomplete understanding and self-deception. As a result, it has little relation to the processes of stars.

Before I was born, my vision was a pov of a placenta from a woman, is it true that each baby came from a woman every time she’s pregnant?

Hate that this is being downvoted by people who are mostly objectively right.
I think it’s poetic. I don’t think it’s true or even feasible but I wouldn’t downvote it.

Ozempic changed everything. We're not smoking drugs anymore.

We're mostly stardust, but maybe not all stardust. Hydrogen makes up about 9.5 percent of our bodies by mass and all the hydrogen in the universe was created in the big bang. While it is likely that the hydrogen in your body was part of a star at some point in the last 13 or 14 billion years, it is not an absolute certainty.

Wouldnt it be 79.5%? Or is that subsumed by the standard 70%

Are you referring to us being about 70% water? Water is 2 hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. Hydrogen is a very light element compared to oxygen, so hydrogen makes up 9.5 percent of our mass while oxygen makes up about 65%. Bear in mind that both oxygen and hydrogen exist in other molecules besides water in out bodies as well.
