in my entire playthrough I've never seen the perspective switch to somebody else, which is very boring but also focuses all my attention on one character

You have to use the bed at night (or during the day for a debuff if you don’t have the night owl characteristic), there’s a random chance a dream sequence will initiate and give you other POVs.

okay, but why do you suppose he described the proverbial "welfare queen" as soon as someone posted a meme about a thing men do?

Because both genders do it and it's only fair to point out that it's not only the one in the post, exactly as valid as if that comment was the OP and someone commented about men doing it

I just want someone who is that middle thing (watches anime and plays games). Everything else is optional.

        Goth/Preppy

        Boy/Girl

        Living/Deceased

        🤷‍♂️

Where would you ever find someone who both watches anime AND plays video games?

        Talk about a unicorn.

gonna be honest. i have eclectic (okay weird) but pretty sharp fashion sense. going out with my wife is always an excuse to dress up. i don't understand this "wearing a t-shirt without holes and their “nice shorts” is enough to start complaining about women" but i'm fucking vain

Dressing up as a guy is kinda hard, the widely accepted options tend to have much less variety than women's fashion. You pretty much have to get weird to make it a little fun, and that's risky.

I guess that actually makes it easy to dress up, it's just depressingly boring.

You see this a lot in the comment sections of short videos complaining about men. The expectations are wild. Of course they're unrepresentative, but these women clearly are out there.

And to that end, dressing up nice enough for interview at most places shouldn’t even be that high a bar. Dark jeans and a nice button up, even one with patterns honestly, will probably be enough. After that, though, most jobs pay like shit and treat people worse than that so if they expect me to show up in a suit and jerk them off they can get bent.

I would personally avoid jeans but a polo and khakis would be 100% acceptable. I wouldn't discount someone in dark jeans. I had someone show up in designer ripped jeans. Just no, dude. This is a job interview.

the acceptable shirts that come out of most clothing stores the last decade or two have been so godsdamned boring. i do most of my clothing shopping at thrift stores now and look for stuff that's easily tailored because that's the only place i'll find interesting fabric. well, there and nordstrom off the rack. i saw a jacket there a decade ago that i should've bought that was too fucking expensive and i have regretted not buying it to this day. i should have spent that $700 i have had at least $700 of regret by now.

edit: i don't have a lot of regrets but this is one of them.

this, but somehow a buch of them manage to rope someone way higher tier into dating them. I worked a few years at a place that employed a lot of women escaping abusive relationships. the boss was basically everyone's mom. All top tier beauties but somehow got only the skeeziest and lazy men.

Meanwhile, most dudes would settle for someone who doest post bullshit memes that are only ever about rage baiting. This is more gals as well. We all just wanna meet good people, romantic and other wise, while having a crippling fear that we arent good enough for to deserve it. And shit like this, just fuels it. But as long as the upvotes and karma... opps, did I say the quiet part out loud?

I remember a post where a guy was like “why does she get all dressed up to go out with her friends but with she just wears sweatpants?” and the “with me” clip had bro in basketball shorts, a t-shirt, and a baseball hat. One of the comments said something along the lines “she’s putting as much effort in as you are.”

Too many of us dudes have such garbo fashion sense they seem to believe that wearing a t-shirt without holes and their “nice shorts” is enough to start complaining about women and it’s just sad.

I actually really like when my so dresses like shit. I don't know why I find it so hot. Then we dress up for a dress code restaurant, come home and wear clothes with holes from parrots chewing the shoulders.

Typically if you go looking for a partner with a checklist you'll be disappointed. Nobody wants to be graded like a piece of pork.
