      Inspired by recently buying a cajon, and my husband immediately buying another for additional living room seating because he loved it.

      Straight matcha tea. I love the bitter taste.

      If I have one little amount, I always want more.

        I like all babies. I do prefer my own, and I only moon over babies if I know the parents and have approval...

          A cookie.

          ::: spoiler Pro tip:
          Grab a cookie, close the packaging or container, go somewhere else, then eat the cookie. You will want another cookie but not enough to actually go back and re-open the packaging.

          Alternatively, eat something more nutritious first, then set a specific amount of cookies you're allowed to eat. Also, brush your teeth after eating sweet food, such as cookies.

          I've also found less-overly-sweet cookies help, both in terms of not craving them as badly and actually somewhat filling you up compared to the amount of calories you consume.

          Unfortunately, it's quite tricky to find such cookies in the shops.

            Beer or Tobacco. Not an alcoholic but once I have one, I want at least one more to become comfortably numb.

              I disagree. Very few devices don't work anymore, and for things like remotes rechargeables are a no brainer. One time cost and then charging them even once and you've made your money back. The only device I always choose alkaline is smoke detectors.

              Well I have the enelope batteries the someone else suggested, and Amazon basic rechargeable. And devices like my Lazer thermometer, certain mice, certain flashlights tend to not operate fully or as long. Thought the device was just on it's last leg until I popped a generic alkaline in it.

              I don't have any super fancy high end rechargeable AA batteries, I've just noticed over the years they're not 100% equal in every device. I use rechargeable when I can, but have disposable alkaline if the device sees limited functionality with rechargeable.

                When I was young I was a bit of an arse. Raised by narcissists, I definitely had narcissistic tendencies. It was all I knew.
                When my first son was born it was a profound moment. I saw the potential in that tiny, helpless baby and his possible futures... Based on what I was and what I had to teach, I realised that those futures weren't great. So I changed. I have tried every day since to be the parent that I wish I had. I have embraced empathy and kindness. I have shed the anger and vanity... And I have forgiven myself for not doing it sooner. I'm not perfect. I make mistakes.
                When I see a baby I see the potential. It reminds me of how much I've changed, how proud of my kids I am, how much I love my family, how much joy I have in my life.

                More or less...

                      I bought a vibrating sex toy. The battery lasts ~45 minutes. You're intended to stroke with it, but honestly I enjoy just resting it and laying back for a hands-free experience. 45 minutes isn't long enough, so i bought another one to keep it going. Turns out 90 minutes still isn't long enough sometimes, but at that point I have to get it over with and continue my day.

                      ::: spoiler Side-note
                      Taking recommendations for hands-free masturbators.

                      At that point, it sounds like you should give yourself some days before masturbating, see if the time drops. Anything that sticks to a surface can be considered hands-free, too

                              Thanks for the advice, but I do 😄 varying the vibration modes helps to maintain the stimulation, sticking to 1 mode feels great for a long time, but I think it numbs the sensation as well.

                                        "Born with...?" We are born with nothing but potential. We are a product of our environment, right up until we realise that we are a product of our environment. Then we have a choice; continue as we are, or choose to be something different. It doesn't matter which we choose, though... We can no longer blame our parents, our society, our environment, for who we are.

                                        That is a strange question, though. If I was born with empathy and a drive to be a kind, gentle, teaching human then I think babies would be high on the list of people I would want to spend time with. Kindness begets kindness and we know the world could use more kindness!
