Fediverse centric podcast. I've never watched/listened. But I regularly see episodes through the new que on Lemmy. They even host on peer tube.

Asking for constructive criticism reasons, is there a reason you don't watch or listen? I've been told my mic quality bothers folk, so working on getting a new setup for that this week hopefully.
If you just don't listen because you're not a consumer of that kind of content or just not interested, totally understand. I just thriving on constructive criticism. -

Well, tumblr died out in 2017 because they said "NO PORN!!!"
And all the blogs died.
It's like Dr Cox said: "If you take all the porn off the internet, there'd only be one website left. www.bringbacktheporn.com and nobody would visit because it doesn't have porn."
So. Does WAFRN have porn? And also.....why are these things ALWAYS named with weird hard to pronounce names? Come see my new website Drufyflezak!

I always figured because the weird names have cheaper domain registrations. However wafrn is a pretty short name so, it probably is on the high end.

i was big in the david karp era fandom tumblr and loved it during gleek tumblr and spn tumblr days (i still have an account but don't use it as much) so i'm definitely going to look at this (as someone that also uses bsky, i like the idea that it's integrated with atproto too. i trust that it's trans and queer friendly too? :^

I do watch a lot of tech YouTubers. And have done some shows myself. I know the amount of time and effort that can go even into simple ones. They require a lot of passion and drive to produce. And especially for topics like this where there isn't a lot of money in it. It's definitely deserves some respect.
I know I've been considering Reviving an old program myself. If it's worth all the work again.

Oh I absolutely do it for passion. LOVE talking with folks, especially about foss and open platforms. And definitely haven't made really any money. And any money goes to TubeFree or back to the Fediverse somehow. I've definitely spent way more than I've made. Lol

But not everyone can be as lucky as Rodney anonymous. Of course it doesn't hurt that he was famous as well:-)
