Interesting point. Can the US military just fly anyone they like into their overseas bases in Europe etc, then just exit the base into the hosting country, having skipped immigration controls?

Well technically they can fly anyone into them, nothing stops the host country denying them entry if they try to leave the base though.

Probably wouldn't ever happen except in a very rare case like this one but yeah it could happen somewhere the way America's been trolling Europe in general.
