      14 day old account with 825 posts. That's normal...

      Edit: 860. Account is formed, makes a few comments over a few days, goes silent a week, and then erupts with posts. We have seen a steady stream of accounts that behave exactly the same way. This is getting dumb.

      Let's see how long it takes for this one to delete itself and the next one to pop up...

        Edit: 860. Account is formed, makes a few comments over a few days, goes silent a week, and then erupts with posts. We have seen a steady stream of accounts that behave exactly the same way. This is getting dumb.

        Let's see how long it takes for this one to delete itself and the next one to pop up...

            Upvotes don't really count on Lemmy. Posting 40 articles at a time will fill up most peoples' feeds with nothing but their crap though

              It still gives the bot the at-first-glance appearance of being a human user of long standing, though, which I assume would make the account saleworthy to bad actors.
