Same thing I do now? Send them to work, have enriching social lives and decorate their homes. Perhaps have a family when the time is right. I don't see how your question greatly changes the scope of the game.

Just get me a nice starter house, get a job with a single phone call with unlimited raise/promotion opportunity and 4d/w workday, get multiple degrees, again, with tons of scholarships, hang out with my friends, visit my family, meet the love of my life and get married the first day we meet, have kids, learn all the skills, be happy.
