I remember thinking this was a pretty effed up episode when watching it with my son. There's actually a lot about the Isle of Sodor that's a little bit creepy when you think about it. (And I don't mean the fact that the trains have faces.)

Don't get me going on the "Smelting Yard" where you are explicitly sent unless you are "Really Useful."
