Not my fault you haven't been paying attention. Eggs were the excuse du jour at vote time. I've experienced or witnessed right wing bigotry of various sorts (not only homophobia and transphobia) for forty-five fucking years. (And I'm subtracting the years when I was too young and dumb to see it for what it was.)
It's bigotry all the way down, and no one under the age of seventy can remember a time when the Republican party stood for anything else, no matter what they claim. Look at their policies. It's all just how they are dressing it up this decade.

And no I didn't vote for him and no I'm not American and no I can't just mind my own business because American politics is literally shoved down everybody's throat all over the world.

Let’s be real: Yes, the Democrats ran a historically tone-deaf campaign. But Trump’s entire economic pitch boils down to ‘Just believe me, folks! The same empty promise he made before leaving office with record job losses, broken supply chains, and an economy in freefall. I get what your saying I just have trouble believing voters are this desperate to blame ‘wokeism’ that they’ll ignore:
- The $7.8 trillion he added to the debt?
- The 3 million jobs lost under his watch?
- The fact his ‘miracle economy’ was a sugar rush of tax cuts for billionaires?

Probably not. She didn't highlight it. Her main issue was abortion, which is divisive and/or indifferent to a lot of people. It's not something that should ever be the centerpiece of a campaign.

Me neither, but I do recall them going after people of a certain religion, and sending them to torture prisons. I remember them fast-tracking a bunch of funding for the wall, and deporting more people than first-term Trump.
So sure, maybe they didn't campaign on being evil, but once they had the power, they sure acted evil.

If obama had stopped what bush had started he would have been obstructed, like he was with everything else. By the way, who killed Bin-Laden? Who actually got stuff done? Who expanded drilling for oil and nixing environmental protections? They are leagues apart and the only thing shouting "both shides are the shame" is doing is harming the country and turning us against each other. They aren't the same.
