    Just did some digging, and it's legit and from a 1994 book called "The Internet Guide for New Users" by Daniel P. Dern.

    Mildly interesting side-note, I found someone's blog about posting this image and book to a (now non-existent) fediverse server. https://doughnut.neocities.org/blag/15

        The big X on the remote computer makes it look like the application doesn't work. Which, to be fair, is a good representation of a typical Citrix session.

          Interesting, I guess in 1994 it would make sense to redraw the guy instead of copying the asset over in Illustrator like you would present day.
