At least keep it in relevant context to the post, don't outright copypaste the same sentence. What you're doing is not different from spam when you post it to all posts that are about Trump.

I think an important part of calling something spam is that it's unwanted. I don't mind the Epstein posts.
An equally important part of spam is the volume in a time span. Posting something positive, but massively repetitive, is also spam.
