Where are the ML to call it genocide?

Nobody wants your tankie bullshit.
Nobody wants your tankie bullshit. Stop saying Israel is not committing genocide and Russia has the right to annex Ukraine
See what I did there?

Consider reading my top comment again and do it slowly. Then feel very ashamed of yourself for being illiterate.
-
Wow so you deny the genocide in Gaza.

It appears the other poster is not the illiterate one.

Jesus Christ, that was your takeaway? If you actually read the links I posted, you'll see that Russia/Soviet Union imperialists have been doing the exact same thing to Ukraine that Israeli Zionists are doing to Palestine. Both are genocidal, for over a century now.
Were you home schooled or something?

Oh look, a tankie leaving out a ton of historical context and claiming there is no genocide in Ukraine. And then trying to claim that Ukraine is the one committing genocide by a narrow definition on this one specific incident. And then ignoring all the times Russian forces have attacked civilian targets. Here, I'll leave this for you to ignore:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attacks_on_civilians_in_the_Russian_invasion_of_Ukraine
Nowhere did they say Ukraine is committing genocide. They said Ukraine also executed POW's which is backed up by video evidence.

Because they implied it. I'm familiar with how that works, from tankies to conservatives. You should be too.
They did not imply it. They said that executing POW's is not genocide but a war crime. Then they provided a good example showing why it is a war crime and not genocide.
You are imagining them saying something they did not say.

They definitely implied it by denying Russian genocide, ignoring relevant historical context, and then drawing a false equivalency on the standard of genocide by saying: "If this is your standard for genocide then you should also be saying Ukraine is committing genocide."

They linked an article about Ukrainians executing POW's. That is a directly applicable comparison to this post.
They mocked you because you are making up things they did not say.

Okay. You didn't read the articles I linked and you don't mention or seem to understand why the historical context is relevant and important to that incident.
I don't even think you read that article they linked, because it comes from Russian sources with no independent verification. Most likely it is propaganda. Is it still directly applicable? Am I still the one making stuff up? Keep on defending tankies though.

None of the articles you linked imply Russia is currently committing genocide in Ukraine. A list of past genocides including the Nazis has little relevance on the present. Except that you are admitting the current invasion is not a genocide... because it is not on the list you linked.
Calling everything tankie is not an argument and you should stop doing it.

Okay you definitely didn't read them then. In the last section of Genocide in Ukraine:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allegations_of_genocide_of_Ukrainians_in_the_Russo-Ukrainian_War
Love how you ignore the propaganda part of their article while misrepresenting mine. Very cool. I'm going to tag you as "Poor literacy" and move on with my day.

You are in for a massive self-own by using Wikipedia.
Your page says "allegations by organisations". This means there is no consensus of a genocide taking place.
This js what an actual Wikipedia article of a genocide looks like:

This js what an actual Wikipedia article of a genocide looks like:
"According to a United Nations special committee, Amnesty International, and many other experts and rights organisations, Israel has committed genocide against the Palestinian people during its ongoing invasion and bombing of the Gaza Strip as part of the Gaza war.[34][35][36]"
"According to multiple national governments,[17][18][19][20] international organisations,[21][22][23][24] independent experts and media outlets,[25][26][27] Russia and its ally Belarus are committing genocide against the Ukrainian people as part of the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War,"
The very FIRST sentences in the articles. The only self-own here was you by only reading the headlines. Again, very poor literacy. Both are still ongoing and that is how language works.

This is a war crime, not genocide. If this is your standard for genocide then you should also be saying Ukraine is committing genocide.
Russia is committing many war crimes but their goal is clearly to annex Ukrainian territory and absorb the Ukrainians into Russa. Not the eradication of Ukrainians.
As Zionists loved to point out, before Israel openly started proclaiming their goal is to kill all Palestinians and replace them; genocide requires explicit intent to destroy a population. Not only annex territory.
You cannot call every war crime 'genocide'. It is not a word you can throw around lightly. The difference in Ukraine is that Russia is still primarily killing combatants whereas Israel is killing mostly women and children.
I mean, you're TECHNICALLY correct, but the Russians are on record saying Ukraine and Ukrainians do not exist as a separate people. So it's slightly more genocidy than you make out.

Notice the difference between my sources: independent international bodies and your sources: pro-Ukraine organisations.
Ukraine can ask the UN for an investigation if they believe they have case. But they will not do that and we both know why.
Here is another source proving me right: literally Wikipedia
