So it’s a thing huh? Every night I play a video game while watching a tv show and listening to a podcast

I have the TV on and something on my phone when I play a game. Is it ADHD or just brain rot?

Are you able to actually consume the material? Can you follow along all three?

Yes, though it depends on the material. I don’t watch shows I have never seen, I tend to rewatch stuff a lot.
Also I tend to drop the podcast if the game im playing calls for it, currently I’m playing Alan wake 2 so I like to be more focused while playing a game like that. -

It's just comfort noise then?

I can't imagine the cacophony otherwise.

wrote on last edited by [email protected]I have audio on all 3 to varying degrees depending on what I am focusing on most at that time. Some games you have to make the primary audio, but more casual games you don’t. but recently I’ve been watching old 80s and 90s wrestling so you don’t need that on full blast.
I retain everything on the pods i listen to and it’s the only way I can put in gaming hours
