          The EU, no, but Serbia traditionally has been aligned with Russia and their position hasn't been too clear regarding the sanctions against Russia, e.g.

            I was asking because in the article he said specifically this would cause him to loose favor

            Vucic expected his vote error would also result in him "losing favor or political points in the EU."
