Absolutely would. These got about 22-30 mpg...
They only drive up hills and spin the tires for at least a minute before moving. Admittedly it is tough having 4 wheels spinning for that long. Lots of doughnuts

I was going to look up which country is closest in size and joke about switching it with Vermont while everyone's sleeping to see if anyone would notice. Turns out it's El Salvador.
