Iran is claiming to have helped stop a false flag attack
-
Iran uncovered the Israeli plot through information shared by a friendly nation. Upon learning of the potential attack, Iranians sent messages to U.S. officials, and prevented the planned explosion from occurring.
Now only said "US Official" can confirm the claim.
Actually no, as there are some public information sources that could be tapped to find a corresponding number of arrests.

If this is true, this could only be russia, right?
Qatar maybe, or Saudi. Someone there are a lot of countries who are interested in keeping the US out of the Middle East. (The bases notwithstanding)

Assuming there were arrests.

I don't doubt it for even a second.
Given what happened with covid, I'm not convinced this administration would stop an attack on a blue city/state.

Yeah, seems like something Trump was prob aware of. I wouldn't put it past him.
-
Not sure if true or false. It's an interesting claim.

No question about it IMO.
At this point, I don't even think they'd bother pretending otherwise. Trump would go on Truth.social and post an unhinged screed that pretty much boiled down to "Serves 'em right."
And the media wouldn't even raise an eyebrow.

Qatar is definitely my guess. They're one of the few nations that are friendly with both Iran and the US.

But do Qataris have a deep penetration into israeli operations? That's why I said russia, they are the only friends of Iran who have that a large footprint inside Israel

I’m thinking about those terrorist videos that used to come out with dudes yelling “death to America” and beheading people. That stuff could easily be AI generated these days to stir up conflict.

wrote on last edited by [email protected]Tehran Times is completely untrustworthy in this context, they're - essentially a propaganda outlet for the islamist theocratic regime in Tehran. Given that they make such an absurd claim and that it hasn't been independently verified - this is likely false.
See link below regarding Tehran Times:

wrote on last edited by [email protected]Tehran Times is a questionable source when it comes to things like this. Is it POSSIBLE? Sure, Israel has done some super shady shit, like trying to assassinate the US ambassador to Lebanon. But we need to hear this from a reliable source, not Iranian state media.
