It's pretty funny that they cut off NYC almost exactly at NYC just slightly south
My first thought was to scan it to see if they at least got Boston in the NYC section. Only to realize NYC is not in NYC but is actually in Nomansland.

Could you define those two please? I know I could look up which states they but I'm curious what defines them to you. Or is it purely geographical?
