I do it a lot when I'm on the phone or when I'm listening to a presentation or anything where I have a piece of paper in front of me really. I think doodles are super fascinating. I never mean to doodle and sometimes I only notice it after I'm already done. They're art created straight by the subcoscious in a way.

Mine are often quite large and have little whitespace left. Big, intertwining blotches with soft curves and neatly filled in lines. I'll see if I can find one to share in the comments.

Almost constantly on calls and meetings. If I’m not moving my hands I’m not paying attention or absorbing and storing information. Or, as I like to say, just another day with debilitating ADHD.

Or, as I like to say, just another day with debilitating ADHD.

Over the last few months whenever I found people similar to me they turned out to be diagnosed with ADHD. I'm gonna have a chat with my therapist I think 😅 I never suspected it because growing up people often described me as lazy but I think I was just exhausted from it all. But the bouts of anger, time blindness, fidgeting, special interests, addictive personality, risk taking and so on... It's all there. Thanks for your comment. And also thanks for sharing an image. Looks pretty impressive.

Mine are almost always a chaotic grid like pattern. Lines perpendicular to each other but of varying lengths. I did an art piece once trying to describe my anxiety/add brain, and it was the closest representation I could get to wanting structure and organization but unable to obtain it.

I'd be very interested in seeing it if you don't mind of course

Mine start as trying to draw people or objects but end up as a dense bunch of abstract shapes with a few patterns and vague faces hidden inside if no one stops me after a while
