Omg, you made a terrible idea terrifying. I think you nailed it in the head only they would keep at least 25% to 50% at the red limit just to incentivise the yellow bars.
If we want to talk about the current scales the greens would be holding us to a 60% red line rate. I'm not current but I'm guessing the average American living paycheck to paycheck is around 60% now.

I used to have wristbands - green, yellow, and red - that I'd switch between. Lost the green and yellow ones around 2020 or so. If that isn't a metaphor, I don't know what is.

No, bullies would just target the weak ones. Privacy is king. Having said that, reach out to your friends, make an effort to connect in life. Go out for a walk and a coffee with them.
