Permanent debuff to stamina.
Permanent Fatigued status.
Difficult terrain is now Greater difficult terrain.Requires daily potion, if potion is missed or unable to be obtained, stamina is set to 0 and cannot rise until the next potion is taken. You are also Sickened 1 and cannot be rid of this until the next potion is taken.
Spells with a verbal component now require a DC 5 flat check. On a failure, the spell fails and you are Suffocating. The check increases to a DC 11 while in Difficult Terrain.
Permanent Fatigued status
Sound like me. Except I don't have enough stamina to go to the wizard to get some potions to negate these debuffs (antidepressants)

It imposes a strict stamina limit. If you go over the stamina limit your energy levels will be reduced, you'll get dizzy, feel ill, get headaches, etc. If you go over too much or too often, your stamina is permanently reduced and you start taking physical damage. You won't know if you've gone over the limit until a couple of days later.
Shitty design. Totally ruins gameplay.
Man, same. It's also caused central dysautonomia, so I've got random problems like POTS, hyperhidrosis, digestive problems, and on and on.
