    If Trump is not removed, the USA will go lower and lower. One month have passed and USA has no friends already.

      I'd imagine that the drug cartels make some of the regions in Mexico significantly worse from a everyday perspective.

            Yeah, but I'm not sure what metrics they're using, but it's pretty clear from the context. An analogy, if a student doesn't turn in homework, actively tells a teacher to fuck off, causes disruptions that harm other students; technically they haven't failed until grades are turned in.
