Just not sure where to rant but an adhd moment at work today in a team meeting. (software) I suggested something. Senior guy suggested I was wrong, and gave an improvement he said he would talk to me abt later. I said thanks. Sent him a quick email asking him to use it as a convo starter so we could document this change. Told him in the meeting to reply to the email later at his convenience. He refused. in open. in front of rest of team. And crankily saying “I’ll just tell you in my cube later.” I had to push, hard , and feel like a stupid idiot. Till I finally told him the email is to help me document this change not you. Because of my adhd. He says he doesn’t like designing things via email. No I feel all frazzled. Anxious. Yadda yadda. and just want to crawl back to bed.

I'd consider his actions abuse. If only physical violence against such people was allowed...

I know the biggest meme that's gonna pop up in my head on the death bed is gonna be fart on roommates door and I'll probably laugh as hard as ever and end up dying of laughter as opposed to the slow cancer or something death I am supposed to have.

wrote last edited by [email protected]When I was in college and quite sleep deprived I had a few mornings where I would wake up, scroll through memes, get a shower, get ready to go and ... Actually wake up for real.
I hated that because I had to go through the hassle of waking up twice but the memes in my semi awake dreams where quite good !
