looking at it again on a big screen i'm 100% sure it's an ai image. the word "really" is a dead giveaway, even ignoring things like the disappearing ceiling lamp or the fact that the bed seems to be backwards

None of the things you mentioned are proof of AI.
- String on the ceiling seems to be a pull cord for the lamp, it doesn't disappear, it just stops.
- Keyhole is used in plenty of doors. I have the same at my house.
- Are you really asking who has white transparant tape?
You are upset that people are alerting you to it being AI?
It's ok to miss it, there are other people who maybe didn't and share how they spotted it. I don't get doubling down to demand that reality change cause you perceived it as some crusade. -

There's rolls of paper that allow one to cut the size they need. It's an ingenious invention, I know.
They have a large roll of paper, which they cut cleanly with a paper cutting guillotine, just so they can leave awkwardly large notes laying around the house.

Plus it too evenly fits the page. There are really only a couple of places the letters are a little closer that work toward making this believable.
But yeah, up close the letterforms are clearly Generative slop.
